Upon purchasing coaching, you'll need to navigate to your enrolled coaching service and head to the Milestone. At the Milestone, you'll be able to view details on how to schedule the appointment, and access the video call.

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
